Returns Policy

Returns Policy for Damaged and Spoiled Wines, and Wines You Just Don't Like

If any or all of the wines that we send you are broken or spoiled, or you just don't like them, please notify us as soon as possible.   We will organise the collection of, and refund for, either the whole case or just the affected bottles - whichever you decide, no questions asked. 

We will reimburse the agreed amount once the bottles have been returned to our warehouse at 2 Udy Street, Petone, Lower Hutt.

Returns Policy for Sale or Return Wines (weddings and functions)

We offer Sale or Return on wines for large functions (over 60 bottles) if agreed at the time of purchase.  We have no limit on the amount of wines that can be returned, however they need to be returned to our warehouse within one month of the function and they need to be returned in a resaleable condition (this is at our discretion) - meaning no label damage etc.

Please note that the arrangements and cost for return of the wine to our warehouse at 2 Udy Street, Petone, Lower Hutt are not our responsibility. 

Refunds for Sale or Return wines will be made into your designated account within 7 working days of the wine being returned.
