The "Fleur Solitaire" From Boutinot is a classic white Rhone blend set to impress. Grenache Blanc 50% , Viognier 20% , Roussanne 7.5%.

Grapes for this wine come from selected vines in the Southern Rhône, picked in the cooler early hours and lightly pressed the same morning.  Each variety is fermented  separately and, after careful blending, about a quarter of the vinified wine is matured for six months in French oak barrels. A classic white Côtes du Rhône; fresh, medium-bodied and vinous. The nose is pretty and delicate, with a waft of fennel tops and hints of hedgerow flowers. The flavours are nuanced and refined rather than overt. Careful use of oak adds texture and structure without masking the freshness of this very drinkable white.

A lovely apéritif, or with light starters and grilled fish.

Roussanne 60% Marsanne 15% ,Vermentino 15% ,Grenache Blanc 10%. Early morning hand harvested to keep the natural freshness and aromas of the grapes and also prevent oxidization. Great care at each step, wooden tubs in the vineyard. Gentle juice clarification by means of flotation in the winery. Fermentation process under monitored temperature. Then only the richest and most expressive vats are selected to end the alcoholic fermentation in small French oak barrels (225 liters). 50% of the blend is aged on fine lees for at least 6/7 months, stirred regularly with care. Followed by ageing in the bottle before market launch

Delicate and elegant, this wine offers a yellow gold shining colour. Then you will appreciate the intense nose with fruity notes such as peach, verbena and flowers. In the mouth, the wine is rich with a good length on the palate, light notes of honey and fruits (lychees, apricots).

Malvasia Fina (100%). Malvasia Fina is the second most important white grape in the Dao and probably its most flavourful white variety. Very delicate and floral it usually presents an astonishing minerality. Frequently paired with Encruzado, Malavasia produces wonderfully balanced wines.The white wines are superb with very intense and clean flavours, fresh and mineral.
