5 Stars & 93 pts - Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, CandiceWineChat
"Deep, full, ruby-red, even colour throughout, youthful appearance. This has a lifted, fresh, full bouquet, packed with blueberry and plum, dark chocolate and spice, quite mealy. Full-bodied, dense aromas of blueberry and plum enriched by dark chocolate, black pepper and nutmeg; velvety tannins lined a soft grip and lent a dry, broody finish. The fruit is concentrated with a lifted presence and fragrance; lively acidity carries a fine and velvety line. This elegant Shiraz possesses broody aromas and a smooth chocolatey palate. Match with lamb roast and beef over the next 5+ years. Fermented to 14.5% alc, aged 12 months in oak barrels." Candice Chow - Dec 2022

Parishes celebrates the heritage of our pre-eminent Australian wine regions, born from grape-growing communities as flavorsome as the wine they produce. Our carefully crafted drops embody exceptional regional character. Ideal growing conditions in Langhorne Creek and Barossa produce complementary flavours. This full-bodied wine displays a plush full palate of blueberry dark chocolate and spice. With 12 months oak barrel maturation this leads to smooth velvety tannins and a long finish.

A meaty shiraz with velvety soft tannins. Divine.
