Spanish Cava often takes a back seat to its Italian neighbours. A shame when so well made, often bottle fermented, as is the Dibon.

DIBON Cava developed by the Tetas family, owners of Bodegas Pinord, founded in 1949.  Now run by the 3rd generation of the Tetas family. This wine is a traditional blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes. Full of toasty, nutty, qualities with notes of cinnamon and corn meal making it very complex aromatically.

This finely bubbled Cava offers an elegant compote of fruit salad, citrus and a baked apple centre laced with sourdough, nuts and savoury Champagne-like characters.
