92 Points - Cameron Douglas (2020 Vintage)
"Aromas and flavours of golden delicious apples, brown pears, tropical fruits and a lite wheat beer note. Vibrant youthful textures with a white spice, medium+ acidity and fresh crunchy finish. A smart choice for sweet seafood dishes."

Stunning Pinot Gris by the ever talented Dr John Forrest, beautifully made and fantastic value.

Aromas sweet, ripe red apples, complex spices of nutmeg and clove, plus quince and roses for good measure.

Rich mouth filling wine with a hint of pear, honey, floral notes and jasmine. Just off dry to taste, the wine is rich, elegant and very satisfying. Enjoy through to 2021 with spicy BBQ prawns or Roast chicken.

Winery note
"Grown on two distinctly different sites. The Wairau River Valley; gravel rich, free draining and devigourating soil profile, giving citrus and apple flavours, fine acidity and amazing minerality. Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night, cold settled and fermented 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in old oak barriques, left on its lees for 3 months, prior to blending and finishing for bottling in late spring."
