$1 from every bottle of Koparere is donated to Legasea, a non-profit organisation committed to protecting New Zealand's marine environment. 

Made with 100% Pinot Noir, the fruit was machine-harvested then crushed and immediately pressed at the winery to ensure the desired level of colour and flavour extraction.  Fermentation was at cool temperatures with selected yeast to create a wine with pure fruit flavours and freshness.

Lifted strawberry, rhubarb, and melon fruit flavours, with hints of vanilla and citrus zest.

A medium-bodied, dry wine full of bright, red fruit flavours, that persist on the long, fresh finish. Made from 100% Pinot Noir fruit.
