"Deep, golden yellow colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full and voluminous with opulent and decadent aromas of savoury Turkish Delight, rose-petals and root-ginger, lifted by floral perfumes, wild honey and exotic grapey elements. This is rich and the componentry is harmoniously interwoven. Dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate is fulsome with rich, up-front and opulent flavours of ripe tropical fruits along with savoury Turkish Delight, exotic florals, bees wax and caramel notes. The palate has plenty of vigour and the flavours are mouthfilling with excellent depth. The mouthfeel is rounded with a suggestion of unctuousness, with fine, fresh acidity in the background. The flavours carry to a long, lingering finish with a touch of classical Gewurztraminer varietal bitterness to meet the richness. This is a flavoursome and vigorous. dry co-fermentation of Gewurztraminer, Muscat and Riesling with decadent flavours and a rich mouthfeel. Serve with Middle Eastern and Asian fare over the next 4 years. A co-fermentation of 65.8% Gewurztraminer, 20.5% Muscat a Petit Grains and 13.7% Riesling in stainless-steel and large format oak barrels to 14.0% alc. and 7.4 g/L RS. Certified organic co-fermentation between Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat a Petit Grains. Picked and then fermented together in stainless steel tanks and larger format oak barrels. This wine is unfined and biodynamic. Displaying vibrant aromas of figs, pears, pineapple and lychee. Spice and stone fruit flavours lead to a rich finish.
