94/100 Points and 5 Stars -  Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"Pristine and gorgeously fragrant, the wine shows passionfruit, kiwifruit, nectarine and kaffir lime characters on the nose, leading to a concentrated palate that is intensely flavoured and persistent. Instantly appealing and highly enjoyable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2019

Fruit hand harvested and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless settle tanks after gentle pressing. Only the best strains of yeast have been used, most suited to the distinctive aromatics of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Lees ageing (6 months) prior to bottling has developed midpalate weight adding to the wine’s intense fruit characters.

Savvy at its best!
