84 Points - Candice Chow, Raymon Chan Wine Reviews
"Full, even, deep ruby-red with a purple core. The nose is generous and gently full, packed with aromas of plum, blackberry, dark cherry and subtle smokiness. Medium-bodied, aromas of succulent plum, blackberry and dark cherry enriched by smoke and savoury elements. Smooth, ripe tannins lightly structured the palate, packed with succulent fruit and a juicy acid line. Match with smoked brisket and black pudding over the next 3 years. 14% alc.

100% Pinotage from the Western Cape. South Africa. Produced and bottled by Estate.

Mount Rozier homestead in Stellenbosch is named after Annie Rozier, a famous local flower merchant from the 19th Century. Myrtle Manor – the principal property on the farm, that once

Dark ruby red colour. Concentration of red fruit like cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and red plums. Woody spice with undertones of dark chocolate. This medium bodied wine evokes a dark fruit sensation on the palate with hints of red cherries and plums. It is well balanced with silky tannins and lingering flavors of sweet wood spice. Classic South  African Pinotage, Silky, Medium bodied and very fruity.
