"
It's splendidly ripe and elegantly complex, showing dark berry, thyme, dried mushroom and toasted nut aromas, leading to a silky-smooth palate that's succulent and fleshy. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome with a lingering velvety finish. At its best: now to 2027." Sam Kim

Boy oh boy have we got a deal on this delightful Pinot Noir. Made by Matahiwi in the Wairarapa, this wine was destined for the UK but the order fell through.  We snapped up a parcel at a great price.

Sourced from vineyards in northern Wairarapa and is comprised of several different clones of the Pinot Noir. Ripe cherry and plum fruit characters are complemented on the nose by spicy, toasty oak. Powdery tannins and lengthy finish. Beautifully made and quite a serious wine at this level. Dont hang around it wont last long at this price.
