"We’re thrilled with the concentration and intensity of flavour in our 2021 wines, this vintage will be one to remember. After harvesting, selected parcels of fruit were allowed extended skin contact for 12 hours, for colour and flavour, before being gently pressed. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to capture all the vibrant fruit flavours and aroma. This wine is made from a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir, and a portion of Pinot Gris. Vibrantly pink, with inviting aromas of strawberries and cream. Each glass is loaded with fresh summer berries, watermelon and stone fruit, with a delightfully refreshing finish. Chill and enjoy!"
