This was destined for the UK market but the importer did not take the entire production allocation so we have been asked to move it on.

Fruit is sourced from premium vineyards in the Marlborough area, gently pressed, cold settled, and cool fermented with selected yeast strains to enhance the unique aromatics and flavours.

A bright and subtly lemony wine with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and an underlying classic tropicality. The palate is pure and well structured, with a tasty, almost salty finish. A juicy pineapple dressed in a fancy suit.

Try with a tuna nicoise salad, or a creamy  seafood chowder.
