Created in the style of the natural sweet wines of France, i.e "vin doux naturell"!!

A unique approach to Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon as a Dessert wine. Fermentation was interrupted by the addition of grape spirit made in our own copper still. A finely balanced marriage of sweetness and acidity, this wine has an elegant freshness and lingering fruity aromas.
