"There's some detail to the flavors of this Prosecco, fragrant with green pear, lavender and honeycomb scents. It tastes like spring and it will last through summer, balanced and ready to pour for guests as they arrive to dinner." Wine & Spirits
"Bubbly fans should beat a path to atleast half a case of this great value sparkling wine from Italy"
Joelle Thomson.
"The nose on this appealing wine is gently fragrant displaying citrus, floral and a touch of
nutty characters. It's refreshing and softly textured on the palate with crisp acidity and a lingering juicy finish"
Sam Kim

Fine Italian bubbly without a price tag of French Champagne. Prosecco is Italy's most popular sparkling wine. Torresella Prosecco embodies everything that Italians love about this wine. Crisp fruit flavors are accented with a fresh and delicate aroma from grapes grown on the hillsides of the Veneto. A great all round wine for enjoying with friends in the garden or over a fine meal.

COLOR: Pale yellow.
AROMA: Fragrant spring flowers, pear and apple-like fruit
TASTE: A fine string of bubbles is your first indication of the quality of this Prosecco. The flavor is soft, with a creamy fruitiness that hints of almond. This wine is great as an apéritif or with dry sweets and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled.

Best shared with a friend on a hot day with a plate of nibbles (Italian style of course) and some good conversation. Ditch the supermarket bubbles and get some class!

"Yesterday, our wine club end-of-year celebration, was based around cooking our own pizzas in a wood-fired pizza oven, which was sited with a stunning view over Tasman Bay. On arrival, everyone received a glass of the Torressella Prosecco that I had purchased from you guys. Several people commented how attractive the label was - displaying a single grape vine in leaf, in the shape of the letter 'T'. The wine itself showed a fine bead. It was bright and light yellow/green. It was soft and creamy on entry, yet there was a cleanliness to the overall patate. It showed a hint of apple and the off dry finish was lengthy. I'll certainly buy it again, especially when the Italian Rugby team are here in Nelson next year. - Rod Malcolm".

We grabbed a case of this as we had an Italian theme going down at a work function. The team were a bit anxious about an 'Italian sparkling wine', but overall were impressed given the price outlayed. Flavour is nice, although let down by the after-taste. If you can would prob roll with the Veuve de Vernay, but certainly this is a good choice and better than the supermarket fare at thie price point.

A great bubbly for any occasion. I recently shared a bottle with my cousin and think I may have converted her from the supermarket plonk she normally drinks! Had the last bottle last night, and am ordering more for the Christmas season!

shared this one at a mid-winter Xmas do with hosts who have been to Italy numerous times and love their wine. They were impressed. It is excellent value for money, delicious even when not chilled to death. More please

This smartly-priced bubbly garnered positive comments from everyone at the party, so I bought another 6 - can't wait for an excuse to open another. Go the ABs, the Black Caps, Canterbury, anybody!!!

Top drop of bubbly for the money. No as dry as it states but nevertheless a good alternative to some NZ bubbly.

This exceptional rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Delicate salmon-pink with a mass of tiny bubbles, the wine offers a seamless balance of subtle cherry and almond hints combined with a dry acidity. Dry, yet fresh and elegant, this wine leaves a lasting impression of opulence and splendour.

Bronze Medal - Royal Easter Show 2014
Beautiful Methode Traditionelle sourced from select premium vineyards in the Gisborne area. This is stunning New Zealand made methode at an astonishing budget price. The nose is fresh with citrus fruit aromas along with hints of yeast, nuts and toast. Dry to taste with flavours of stonefruits and moderate creaminess. Good acidity with a lovely dryness that anticipates the next sip. A long finish with lingering stonefruit and yeasty flavours. A wine that is sure to impress at any dinner party.
