10-year-old single malt from Aberlour, Forest Reserve was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks before being finished in French Limousin oak casks. Aromas of lemon blossom, orange peel, strawberry jam, vanilla and fresh, spicy oak fill the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet melon, toffee, walnuts, raisins, vanilla and dried herbs.
