Ume is a fruit that is called a plum, but is more closely related to the apricot. We have soaked New Zealand grown Ume in a base gin for 6 months to make this wonderful limited release gin. Only 133 bottles."

the finish.

Best served chilled with a splash of soda, but equally happy with your favourite Indian tonic.
