Fabulous 12 Year Old Barbados rum from Doorly's, distilled at Foursquare. Over a decade of ageing has done this tipple rather well, as it's full of chewy toffee, tobacco and tropical fruit notes. The bottle carries a picture of the rare Spix's Macaw on the label. This is rich and sweet with notes of tropical fruit and toffee apples. Bottled at the slightly higher strength of 43% ABV.
