Lightly oaked and gently handled to display the lively fruit flavours and fine structures of the Central Otago region. Intense berry flavours of sweet cherry, plum and raspberry leave you with a sweet mouth feel. Pairs well with duck, game and other beef dishes.

Les Volets IGP (Cotes de Thau) 2021 Cabernet

The vineyards of the Côtes de Thau surround the lagoons of the Bassin de Thau and benefit from a Mediterranean climate combined with gentle sea breezes, giving wines with great freshness and concentration.

Refreshing and fragrant with dark berry fruit on the nose. The palate offers a juicy blackcurrant crunch.

Match with roast beef, leg of lamb or mimolette cheese are perfect matches for this young and delicious Cabernet. For vegetarian option, Portobello Mushroom will pair very well.
