The epitome of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc but benefiting from the Isasbel Estate’s old vines and the soils on the south-western corner of the estate. Ascends with lush aromatics of fresh tropical green fruit, grapefruit and gooseberry, balanced by a refreshing structural flinty minerality and creamy textured finish. Jules Taylor ((Marlborough) 2025 Sauvignon Blanc

90 Points - James Suckling
94 Points - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"Gorgeously aromatic and inviting, the bouquet shows nectarine, green rockmelon, lime peel and white floral aromas, followed by a delightfully juicy palate offering bright fruit intensity with fine texture and refreshing acidity, offering terrific drinking." Sam Kim
94 Points - Cameron Douglas MS
"A very youthful and pungent bouquet filled with aromas of pink grapefruit, apple, lemon and tropical fruits. A layer of freshly sliced bell-pepper and crushed basil adds depth and complexity. Equally pungent and youthful as the wine touches the palate with a saline acid line, crunchy fresh citrus textures and flavours that mirror the bouquet. Gooseberry and apple, lemon and tropical fruits. Delicious and new a wine that will age well, will be perfect with freshly steamed mussels or kina. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029"
Cam Douglas

Fragrant notes of elderflower, guava and mint jump out of the glass, followed by hints of oregano and thyme layered with passionfruit and citrus. This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Concentrated citrusy notes of lime zest and tropical guava combine with a lick of wet stones. The palate is dry and gives way to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering finish.

Main Divide (Waipara) 2024 Sauvignon Blanc

"Grapes were sourced from our own Te Hau vineyard on Georges Road. They were left to hang until a brix level of approximately 23 brix was reached, the aim being to add some additional richness in the wine. After gentle pressing of the berries, the free run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures and bottled shortly after, to retain its zesty aromas and vibrant fruit character. Winemaking intervention was intentionally kept to a minimum to allow the vintage, variety, and vineyard to express itself harmoniously. On release the wine is pale lemon in colour. Rising to greet the nose is a feisty melange of citrus, floral and herbaceous fragrances. Grapefruit, lime, and a touch of passionfruit are interlaced with elderflower, fresh-cut grass, jalapeno, and whisp of lemongrass. The palate is well weighted, complemented with racy acidity and a zesty mouthfeel. Juicy and refreshing, the performance closes with a lengthy, crisp finish, demanding an immediate encore."
