Pinot Noir dry-grown on the clay soils of our Waimauku Estate vineyard. The aroma of this wine has notes of briar, dried cherries and red berry fruits and a background of smoke and tar. The palate is distinctly savourty with fine dry tannins, evoking dried red fruits and notes of leather.
