Pale salmon-pink colour.  The nose is soft and clean with gently filling and delicate aromas of yellow stonefruits and red berries, revealing herbal elements. Dryish to taste, light red fruits, currants and herbal flavours are supported by soft, creamy textures. The flavours fade, and lead to a light finish.  This is a clean, fresh and gentle cremant rose.

We have imported the Villaret wines for nearly 10 years here at Winesale because they are just so good - consistently well made, approachable and excellent value.

"Bright, pale peach-pink, even colour throughout. Moderately fine bead and consistent. The nose is elegant, with aromas of strawberry, redberry melded with soft cream, biscuit and almond. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of strawberry and redberry entwined with cream, roasted almond and subtle biscuit notes. The toasty autolysis added complexity. The fruit is vibrant and bright, emphasised by the sweetness; lively acidity carries the wine to a refreshing yet juicy finish.
