Established in 1989, Alpha Domus are pioneers in the famed Bridge Pa Triangle of Hawkes Bay.

Made from a combination of different subregions and vineyards carefully selected for quality and flavour. The fruit was harvested and pressed quickly with minimal winemaking intervention to preserve fruit flavour. Once clear juice is racked off, a combination of selected and wild yeast is used for fermentation. Maturation on light yeast lees adds texture and flavour which is balanced by fresh natural acidity from the grapes. Golden hued with a touch of lemon yellow, reflective of the warmer vintage. The bouquet abounds with appealing toasted oak influences, pure scented citrus blossom, and golden peach characters. Embellished with layers of tropical fruit flavours and sweet spice from French oak all wrapped around a smooth textural mid palate with a crisp, lingering finish. Generous and flavoursome, but with balance and grace.

Great value, Hawkes bay Chardie
