"Aromas and flavours of white fleshed orchard fruits, fresh red and green apple, cape gooseberry, lees spice and a light weight oak spice quality. Lovely texture on the palate with a vibrant acid line, lees and barrel spice, then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Youthful, fresh, mineral and gently herbaceous, well made and ready fro drinking from 2023 through 2026+."
