This Cremant from Vincent Baron is a classic a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from carefully selected fields. The must from the two grapes is vinified separately and then mixed with a little wine from previous years' harvest before it is bottled to undergo the classic second fermentation in a bottle. This process takes 9-11 months after which the wine gets its Champagne stopper and a dosage of between 6-10 grams per. liters.

The result is a Crémant with small lively bubbles and a lovely fresh flowering aroma supported by green apples and hints of toasted bread and nuts. Then full-bodied and despite its dosage still with a completely dry feeling in the mouth.
