Paul Henry's Pick as reviewed by Yvonne Lorkin and Paul Henry on the Paul Henry Show 6th October 2015
Pale salmon-pink colour.  The nose is soft and clean with gently filling and delicate aromas of yellow stonefruits and red berries, revealing herbal elements. Dryish to taste, light red fruits, currants and herbal flavours are supported by soft, creamy textures. The flavours fade, and lead to a light finish.  This is a clean, fresh and gentle cremant rose.

Rose seems to be a little bit trendy at the moment. I tend to not be much of a fan but this sparkling rose is to die for. It's a pale, delicate shade of pink with a hint of strawberries on the nose. It's dry, refreshing and mildly fruity. It speaks to me of summer lawn parties, weddings and festive soirees. It is inherently girly, but classy enough that the husband happily drank it too (and liked it I might add). Serve it well chilled or even in frozen glasses.

40 out of 41 customers rated this wine as good value for money.

Founded in 1909 by Eugene Charmat, the inventor of the 'second fermentation in tank' process, the company which produces Pol Clement is dedicated to high quality wines. The flavor profile reveals apple, pear and a yeasty undertone all the way to the bold and refreshing lemon-crisp finish. It offers the characteristic food versatility that many are looking for in a sparkling wine or simply as an appetizing aperitif."
Crisp and refreshing - this delightful light - medium bodied sparkler is sure to please- and best of all is a fabulous price for such quality.

Gold Medal
This exceptional rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Delicate salmon-pink with a mass of tiny bubbles, the wine offers a seamless balance of subtle cherry and almond hints combined with a dry acidity. Dry, yet fresh and elegant, this wine leaves a lasting impression of opulence and splendour.
