Chardonnay grapes selected for this premium brut sparkling Blanc de Blanc were hand harvested in pristine condition, gently pressed, fermented and aged on lees. Secondary fermentation has produced a beautiful complex wine with fresh citrus and nutty notes. Delicious on its own or try with antipasto, seafood or chicken.
