Four Pillars Christmas Gin 2022 is a once a year limited edition Christmas offering by Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville Victoria that always sells out.

The 2022 release label is the work of artist Jane Reynolds, who has provided an abstract version of a Christmas tree scene. She has also whipped up artwork for the rest of Four Pillars' seasonal range — because the gin has company.! 

Classic juniper, tree notes and plum pudding character on the nose. Rich, luscious palate with a hint of sweetness from the Muscat and richness from the extended barrel ageing.

Four Pillars (Australia) Yuzu Gin 41.8% 700ml

Four Pillars is an Australian gin distillery located in the famous wine region – the Yarra Valley (an hour outside of Melbourne). Four Pillars launched in 2013 and since then has gone on to become Australia’s number 1 cra! spirit, available in over 25 markets around the world.

Fresh Yuzu Gin, as the name suggests, is a bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin. The defining character is fresh yellow yuzu, grown in Victoria. The yuzu aromatics are an interesting mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit – all bright, fresh citrus notes. Finger lime adds some deeper citrus character.
